Day 16

Her passion for cooking

Ellen has some amazing cooking skills. I don't think I've tasted so much good food in these past 2 and a half years compared to my whole life. I still remember the first big meal Ellen cooked in our apartment. It was pork tenderloin with a bleu cheese mushroom sauce, homemade mac & cheese, and bacon wrapped green beans. It was amazing! I remember my mom was impressed too. That sauce was amazing. I could put it on anything. She also has the best mashed potatoes I have ever tasted in my life. Hell she even makes boxed Kraft mac & cheese taste amazing. She laughs at me modesty saying it's just boxed mac & cheese, but no, it is sweet mana. I always get so excited when Ellen tries new recipes because I know it's going to be awesome! That is definitely a huge thing I'm looking forward to growing old with her. I'm going to die with a full stomach. That is for sure ;)
